This appears to have been a railroad track bed. Paved, very nice. We ran this with Polly for exercise. There are many bikers on this trail too. We started in Urbana and ended up going to a cute, little coffee shop just off the trail.

We saw a sign for this while running on the Cedar Valley Nature Trail. Super cute and great service. There is an outdoor seating area with tables and umbrellas. The store sells a lot of things such as crafts, coffee, tea, beer, wine, etc. There is a yarn store right next to it.
