Underbelly support

Our Fuzion 429 has two grey tanks, two black tanks, and one fresh water tank. These tanks are in the "underbelly" area. If you take a look under your rig, you will likely see a black plastic material attached to the bottom of your steel frame. This material hides and supports the tanks, plumbing, electrical wiring, and all kinds of things.

The previous owners of our rig had some work done inside the underbelly and that black plastic material was sagging and we could clearly see the tanks bulging down a bit. We certainly don't want the to rupture that plastic material and possibly fall out.

What we decided to use to strengthen the support of the tanks are metal garage door struts. A search might turn up a name like "Garage Door 2-1/4" x 16' Steel Horizontal Support Strut", which you can find at your favorite local home improvement store.

Our frame is a bit under 8' wide so we were able to get two supports from one 16' strut.
